Currently, in the market, the insulating glass production line with a relatively large order acceptance volume is of the specification of 2.8 meters by 6 meters.
Our LingBo insulating glass production line has two types of equipment of this specification: One is a high-speed and high-efficiency insulating glass production line, with a body length of approximately 56 meters; the other one can directly conduct aluminum strip positioning after glass cleaning, and its length ranges from 47 to 48 meters.
Therefore, the length of the factory building needs to be determined according to the type of equipment.
Generally, it is recommended that the length of the factory building be about 70 meters and the width be over 10 meters, which can provide the best spatial conditions for production.
In terms of manpower allocation, referring to the operation experience of our previous customers, a production line generally requires about 10 to 15 employees.
