If your sealing robot machine shows unstable sealing pressure (fluctuating high and low pressure), you can troubleshoot it as follows.
First, observe the pressure gauge. The real-time working pressure will be clearly displayed during sealing. Our sealing robot machine adopts a hydraulic system, where the proportional valve is the core component that directly controls the sealant output pressure.
This valve has extremely fine internal holes, which require clean hydraulic oil to avoid valve jamming and pressure fluctuation. During factory assembly, the entire hydraulic station is thoroughly cleaned, and the hydraulic oil passes through two precision filtration processes before entering the proportional valve, ensuring stable factory-outlet performance.
In actual after-sales cases, most pressure instability problems are caused by unqualified fake 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil. Substandard oil contains sticky impurities that block the precision valve holes, resulting in irregular high and low pressure.
Solution: Always use genuine 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil from reputable brands. This single standard can solve most pressure fluctuation failures of the sealing robot machine.
