Blurred sealant is a common issue on the insulating glass sealing robot line. It mainly occurs due to three machine-related factors.
First, unmatched sealant pressure and ratio. The 1:10 mixing ratio of white to black sealant must be strictly followed. Always check the intelligent pressure gauge during machine operation. Abnormal pressure directly causes blurred sealant on the insulating glass sealing machine.
Second, worn check valves. Long-term use changes internal spring tension, resulting in sealant backflow. Regular cleaning or replacement of check valves effectively solves the problem.
Third, dirty or damaged mixing core and mixer. Residual sealant buildup affects mixing uniformity. Thorough regular cleaning and timely replacement of damaged parts ensure stable sealing performance of the machine.
In short, stable pressure ratio, intact check valves and clean mixing components are the key to avoiding blurred sealant and keeping perfect sealing quality on the sealing robot line.
