During the operation of the sealing line, for small-sized glass, the suction cups often encounter the problem of deviation when sucking. The sealing line is equipped with a photoelectric switch at the front end and a synchronous belt driven by a servo motor to measure the length of the glass. If the conveying speeds of the glass on the insulating glass production line and the sealing line are inconsistent, it will lead to deviations in the measured length of the glass.
When there is an error in the measured length of the glass, the positioning of the suction cups when picking up the glass will also be inaccurate. Therefore, during the equipment installation and debugging stage, small-sized glass should be used for testing. This is because once the small-sized glass can be accurately sucked by the suction cups, based on the operating principle of the equipment, large-sized glass can naturally be accurately positioned and picked up as well.
