Factors That Determine the Sealing Speed of Insulated Glass Sealing Robot Machines

Sealing quality and efficiency directly affect the tightness, service life and overall production benefit of insulated glass. The working speed of an insulated glass sealing machine is determined by four core factors:

1. Electric Control System

The response speed and sensitivity of the electric control system directly decide the machine’s sealing efficiency and running stability.

2. Scanner Parameter Settings

Scanner angle, installation position and potentiator settings precisely control the glue output volume, which greatly influences the overall sealing speed and uniformity.

3. Hydraulic System Pressure

Hydraulic pressure is the key to fast glue extrusion. Higher stable pressure delivers larger glue output and faster sealing speed. To protect pipeline and pressure gauge components, the machine is factory preset with intelligent pressure protection: it will automatically alarm and stop if the pressure exceeds the safe value, avoiding equipment damage caused by over 10MPa high pressure.

4. Spacer Thickness

The thickness of the aluminum spacer also affects the matching sealing speed and glue filling volume during operation.
