Some customers encounter excessive sealant volume on the first side during sealing operations.
Our sealing robot line adopts a dual pneumatic-hydraulic structure to perform sealing. When starting the first-pass sealing, check the pressure reading of the hydraulic station.
Practical tests prove higher hydraulic pressure improves sealing quality, while pressure cannot be increased infinitely and has a safe upper limit. The ideal working value on the smart pressure gauge is around 20 MPa, where air pressure should be kept lower than hydraulic pressure for best sealing performance.
If the sealing effect of the first side is still poor, please verify whether the air pressure is within the normal range.
