1. Unstable air pressure leads to abnormal scraper movement and collision with glass.
2. The scraper movement of the fourth corner is opposite to the other three: it descends first, scrapes sealant, then lifts back. Residues of black, white or mixed sealant stuck on guides will jam the scraper and hit the glass.
3. Sealant residues entering the cylinder erode the internal sealing ring, causing sluggish cylinder operation.
1. Keep the whole sealant head clean.
2. Do not use engine oil for lubrication as it corrodes sealing rings; sewing machine oil is recommended.
