First of all, check the refilling pressure of black and white sealant in the glue supply system. Unstable refilling pressure is the main cause of inconsistent glue output, which directly leads to uneven sealing surfaces.
Secondly, verify the pressure data of black and white glue on the intelligent pressure gauge. Ensure the pressure value is within the standard working range to maintain stable and continuous glue delivery during operation.
Finally, regular cleaning of the entire glue circulation components is essential. Long-term operation will accumulate impurities in the mixer, connector blocks and glue channels. Blockages and dirt inside the pipeline will affect the mixing and outflow of sealant, resulting in messy and uneven glue lines.
In daily production, inspecting pressure parameters and keeping the glue system clean can effectively avoid uneven sealant problems, ensuring stable sealing quality and high-standard finished insulating glass.
