Nowadays, energy-saving standards are stricter and production profits keep shrinking, so we upgraded our insulated glass machine with multiple power-saving structures.
1. Auto stop for washing & drying section If no glass passes through within 20 seconds, the brushes and spray nozzles shut down automatically to cut idle power and water waste.
2. Butterfly valve on air blower Each blower is fitted with a butterfly valve. It closes when glass transportation pauses, and the blower runs with soft cycle startup to lower energy consumption.
3. Photoelectric sensor segmented conveying Every conveying section is equipped with photoelectric switches at both ends. The conveyor stays stationary without glass. Only when glass touches the front photoelectric sensor will this section start running. This design greatly reduces power use and extends the service life of conveying bearings by avoiding idle abrasion.
