Lubricating oil is essential for the daily maintenance of equipment. In a insulating glass production line, lubricating oil is mainly used to maintain the following components:
1. For the upper segment, the conveyor chain should be properly maintained with lubricating oil.
2. The brush bearings, transmission racks and chain parts on the top of the cleaning machine should be properly maintained with lubricating oil.
3. For the waiting segment and the aluminum frame positioning segment, the conveyor chain should be properly maintained with lubricating oil.
4. In the case of a lifting crossbeam model, the chain and guide rail of the lifting crossbeam should be properly maintained with lubricating oil.
5. For the combination segment, the crossbeam chain, circular guide rail, front and rear moving guide rails at the bottom and the conveyor chain should be maintained with lubricating oil.
6. The conveyor chain of the plate press should be maintained with lubricating oil.
7. In the case of a servo plate - pressing plate press, the 4 ball screws and the front and rear moving guide rails should be properly maintained with lubricating oil.
8. For the conveying segment, the conveyor chain should be properly maintained with lubricating oil.
