Is your horizontal sealing machine experiencing uneven sealant flow—sometimes more, sometimes less along the sealing line?
You can quickly troubleshoot by checking these four key points:
1. Inspect for blockage between the sealant nozzle and mixer. Long-term operation may wear the glue pipeline and cause unstable output.
2. Ensure the nozzle scanner aligns right at the center of the aluminum spacer, keep the nozzle properly close to the glass, and verify scanning parameter settings.
3. Check the hydraulic station pressure gauge. The pressure value must stay stable during sealing work.
4. Monitor the two smart pressure gauges on the sealing robot and keep their floating range steady.
If all four items are in normal condition, the sealant output will be uniform, smooth and perfect all the time.
