Selection by Glass Size:
For machines with height ≤2.5m (e.g., 2m, 2.5m) processing small-to-medium glass (≤4㎡), choose single air knife+high-pressure fan. It’s cost-effective and suitable for medium-small production capacity.
For machines with height ≥2.8m (e.g., 2.8m, 3m) processing large glass (≥6㎡), choose double air knives. They ensure faster drying and uniform air flow.
Selection by Climate:
In low-temperature and high-humidity regions (e.g., Northeast China, coastal areas), double air knives are recommended, with optional heating modules to accelerate drying.
In mild-climate regions, single air knives are more economical and energy-efficient.
